Loyalty Scheme
Every time you use Paintball Warehouse to purchase your paintball equipment, you will earn loyalty points that you can spend on certain rewards. You earn one loyalty point for every full pound that you spend (excluding carriage charges on your orders). Some products are excluded - at this time, this includes any paintballs and reward items.
To check on your loyalty points or to order a reward, click on Loyalty Scheme on the left hand side of any page. As long as you have logged in, your loyalty information will be displayed as shown in the example below.
This gives you your current loyalty point balance. Please note that loyalty points are not assigned to your account until your goods have been paid for and despatched.
Underneath this, the rewards that are currently available are listed in the same manner that normal items on Paintball Warehouse are.
If you have enough loyalty points avialable, you will be able to add a reward to your cart as normal. Simply follow the usual order procedure to place the order for your reward. You can even add your reward to an order for another product.
There are some restrictions however. Reward orders have to be confrimed by Paintball Warehouse before they are accepted. For example, if you order more than one reward, but don't have enough points available, the order will be rejected. Also, you can order multiples of any one reward, but only up to a maximum of ten of any one item.
Paintball Warehouse will confirm or reject (with explanation) your reward order as soon as possible - usually within two working days.
You do not have to pay carriage on your reward orders.
