Tracking Your Order

One of the great features about ordering over the Paintball Warehouse web site is that you can track the progress of your order online at any time.

Once you have placed your order, simply click on Order Tracking on the left hand side of any page. As long as you have logged in, the orders you have placed will be listed as shown in the example below.

As you can see, each order's unique Order Number is shown alongside the date that the order's status was last updated and the order's current status.

The Order Number is actually a link and you can click on these to find out more information about each item in your order as shown below.

This displays the details of each item you ordered alongside an indication as to whether the item has been dispatched or not. This is particularly useful if one item in your order is out of stock, but the others are being sent anyway.

If you find that you require more information than is provided on the Order Tracking page then there is also a form that you can fill out to request more details via e-mail. We endeavour to reply to all Order Tracking request on the same working day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. My order status is not changing under Order Tracking - what is happening with my order?
A. We may be experiencing a lack of stock or other problem supplying one of the items you have ordered. If this is the case, then we will normally contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you haven't heard from us, use the contact form under Order Tracking to find out more.

Q. An order I placed is not appearing under Order Tracking - what is happening?
A. Orders will not be displayed until they have gone through initial processing at our end. This is so we can confirm the order is genuine before passing it to our systems.
